No trigger levels were reached for any of the off-site wells that were measured. As <br />discussed in our technical revision letter there are some on-site wells that were removed due to the <br />slurry wall construction and those wells are no longer in place. Monitor Well 11 is no longer <br />accessible and neither is Monitor Well 1. Most of on-site monitor wells saw a decrease in the <br />elevation of the water levels. The water level elevations in the monitor wells on the Phase 1-4 <br />portion of the pit went down on the south side by 0.01 feet and 0.07 on the north side. The water <br />level elevations in the monitor wells on the upper terrace of the permit area decreased by 0.08 feet <br />for MW-14, decreased by 0.13 feet for MW-15, decreased by 0.13 feet for MW-16, decreased by <br />0.15 feet for MW-17 and decreased by 0.07 feet for MW-18. <br /> <br />Please give me a call at (970) 566-5090 or send an e-mail to discuss further. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Kelly Hodge <br />Broken Arrow Investments, LLC
