BLASTING <br /> All material blasted at this site is primarily utilized as crusher feed. Generally one shot a week <br /> produces sufficient quantities of raw ore. �A small volume is produced annually for boulders. As <br /> mining progresses downward, natural ba�riers will be on all sides of shot lessening air blast and <br /> ground vibration. Included is seismic repprt on a typical shot, dated 12/22/21. Show was well <br /> within all parameters. <br /> Licensed blaster Aaron Tezak presently oversees all loading of shot and firing. Generally the <br /> blaster and two helpers will load the shot. After loading but preferring of shot, a visual <br /> inspection of surrounding blast area is performed and access road to pit is blocked by mine <br /> personnel. Notification is given to the Sheriffs Department and warning horns are initiated and <br /> shot is fired. Post shot of blast area is performed at this point. <br /> Included is a sample of a shot report and typical shot plan. All in formation required is included <br /> in blast report. All explosives are stored onsite in certified and inspected magazines <br />
