13 Modifications: No alteration or other modificaUon of this Lease shall be effective unless such
modification shall be m writing and signed by the parties
14 Invaliditv 4n the event any portion of this Lease should become invalid, the remainder of the Lease
shall remain in full force and effect.
15 Successors: This Lease shall �nure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the successors in
interest of the respective parties.
16 Waiver A waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not waive any subsequent
breach of the same or different provision of this Agreement.
17 Govemm�Law and Construction: This Agreement and the legal relations between the parties
hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance wifh the laws of the State of Colorado.
The part�es hereby agree that the normal rule of construct�on to the effect that any ambiguities are
to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this
Agreement or any amendments or Exhibfts hereto
