This request is for a partial release of 2.5
acres leaving a total of 124.5 permitted acres.
The attached Exhibits C and F show the location of partial release in the SW corner of
the site. This area has not been disturbed by any mining activity, and due to its
location within the permit area it has virtually no impact on the volume of mineable
gravel.
Loveland Ready -Mix Concrete is requesting that this area be released from the permit
boundary so that it can be donated and transferred to the Poudre Fire Authority (PFA)
for a future Fire Station. A plan view drawing of the new fire station is included with
this submittal. This new Fire Station will better serve the surrounding community not
only by providing a modern facility to house the PFA, but also by providing a
community room to provide a meeting space for local residents.
If you have any questions regarding this documentation or require additional
information, please advise.
Thank you,
Stephanie Fancher-English
Loveland Ready -Mix Concrete, Inc.
cc: file
attachment
