The Division has evaluated <br /> the reclamation liability for the site and calculated it to be $3,628.00. This amount is$1,128.00 more than the <br /> financial warranty currently held. The Division requests the operator review the enclosed reclamation cost <br /> estimate and provide the Division any questions or comments by April 1, 2022. The Division may issue a <br /> required surety increase notice after this date in accordance with Rule 4.2.1(2).
