The northwest portion of this field continues to have some <br /> spots that don't appear to drain well. There was no obvious gully formation on this irrigated pasture. <br /> The Lloyd east and Lloyd west irrigated pastures are also dormant. No apparent low spots were noted in these two <br /> pastures. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The facilities area is tidy and neat with no errant barrels outside of secondary containment areas. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3;Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil Stockpiles H and D at the facilities area remain nicely shaped,with no evidence of erosional <br /> features. The southern end of TS stockpile H and the footprint of Topsoil Stockpile E remain graded and seeded <br /> with no ponded water or gully formation. <br /> Topsoil stockpiles 12 have been graded to a gentle slope, and have ring ditches around their bases. A few <br /> erosional features were noted on the west side of the central Topsoil Stockpile 12 pile. Any soil material being <br /> moved by the gullies are retained within the ring ditch control.
