Exhibit D Reclamation Plan <br /> Reclamation Plan- Reclamation plan can be viewed on Map E-D. <br /> A) The maximum disturbed area to be reclaimed under this permit is <br /> 4.9 acres. The plan to mine a hill side to make a flat spot for a truck <br /> turnaround and hay storage area. <br /> B) All slopes will be reclaimed to 3H:1V or shallower. <br /> C) With the flat spot being used as a truck turnaround and hay <br /> storage, remaining slope with get topsoil after the mining is done. The <br /> topsoil on site is to range from 0-4 inches thick. During the miningthe <br /> topsoil and overburden will be stored in stockpiles in the East part of the <br /> mining area. Topsoil thickness upon replacement is expected to be 2 <br /> inches thick, the pre-mine average depth for the site. <br /> D) The access road (Colorado Natural Gas Pipeline Easement) will <br /> remain unchanged during and after the mining is done. <br /> E) No waste will be left all will be utilized <br /> 2: A, B, C) No for seeable reclamation cost based on most of the area will <br /> be used for a hay storage and truck turnaround. The remaining slope will <br /> get the topsoil and seeded. <br />
