March 23, 2022 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine JHB <br /> ERMR provided copies of the sampling of the topsoil replacement verification. The Division verified the <br /> topsoil replacement thicknesses in 2018 when the topsoil was laid down. Adequate verification had previously <br /> been conducted and documented, so no topsoil verification holes were required to be dug during this inspection. <br /> Several topsoil stockpiles remain. One stockpile is designated for the landowners',the Garvey's,use.
