The primary and <br /> emergency spillway was clear and functional. The embankment was stable and vegetated. <br /> Pond 006a was holding water. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The discharge structures were <br /> maintained and appeared functional. Water in the inlet/outlet culverts were frozen. <br /> NECC pulled and removed the pipe that was laying above the river observed during the last inspection near the <br /> wash plant. <br /> NECC has installed a pump in Pond 001a and fused the pipe to connect the pond to the water system the ties to <br /> Ponds 004a, 006a,and 007a. Pond 001a was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable <br /> and the primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> Containment Area 92 was dry and the embankment was vegetated and stable. <br /> Pond 004a,was dry and not discharging. The primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. The <br /> embankment was stable and vegetated with the exception of the small area that was recently affected by the <br /> removal of willows from the pond. Mr.Massarotti indicated during previous DRMS inspections that NECC will <br /> reseed the embankment. <br /> J ' <br /> s <br /> Figure 1.
