The application <br /> was deemed complete on 15 February 2022. On 17 February DRMS provided a preliminary <br /> adequacy review and on 24 February DRMS received a response to preliminary adequacy from Castle <br /> Rock Construction. <br /> All adequacy questions were addressed satisfactorily as requested and can be considered resolved. <br /> The Division has no further technical questions. Please find attached The Division's reclamation cost <br /> estimate. Please review the document as the cost estimate totaled$48,380. DRMS holds a$25,000 <br /> financial warranty,the minimum amount, and not sufficient to cover the cost of reclamation. As per <br /> Rule 4.2.1(1), all financial warranties shall be set and maintained at a level which reflects the actual <br /> current cost of fulfilling the requirements of the Reclamation Plan. Please submit the additional <br /> financial warranty for the issuance of this permit. Also,please contact me with concerns and questions <br /> regarding this topic. <br /> The decision date is set to 2 March 2022. No activities may occur at the site until the DRMS permit <br /> to conduct mining is granted and received by Castle Rock Construction. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Robin Reilley,M.S.
