The application was deemed complete on February 28, <br />2022. <br /> <br />GCC Energy, LLC has applied for a permit renewal of the King I & II Mine. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett St., Suite C, Durango, <br />CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
