EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.3 <br /> The purpose of the mining plan is to describe how mining will affect the permit area for the duration of <br /> the operation. <br /> 1) Estimated dates of commencement: February 15,2022 and completion: August 1, 2022 <br /> Note: Reclamation of all affected lands shall be completed within 12 months after issuance of the <br /> permit. An Operator possessing a 111(1)(b) Reclamation Permit must convert to the appropriate <br /> regular construction materials permit if extraction and export of materials from the site are not <br /> completed within 12 months after the issuance of the permit. <br /> 2) Depth of topsoil to be salvaged (check one): <br /> 4-6 inches =6-8 inches <br /> F 8-10 inches _[L10-12 inches <br /> Other: <br /> N/A, explain: <br /> 3) Description of how topsoil will be stockpiled and stabilized: <br /> Topsoil will be striped and stockpiled in the north western portion of the pit area as shown on <br /> Mining Plan. Please describe the existing roads: <br /> There is an existing asphalt entrance into the property off of US 287 that leads to an <br /> existing farm road that runs past the pit limits and will be used for access. The road <br /> e ongs to Duane & Brenda Stoker and it's use is covered by the Lease. 630' long x 14' <br /> b.
