Both
ponds on the pad (stormwater reservoir& minewater reservoir) have not changed in terms of
capacity levels since you were on site last December. See attached pictures.
This weekend, for the first time, we have a local person flying his drone over the site to give
us pictures. I expect no significant change until things start warming up. We will provide these
pictures in our February report.
As of this writing, we still have not received the MLRB ruling with specific instructions
concerning monthly reporting....dates due, where to send, format, etc. This is something we
were anticipating in January. Regardless, in an effort to remain in compliance with our verbal
commitment made at the MLRB hearing last December, we're providing this report for
January 2022, (our first) and will continue reporting site conditions for each month by the loth
day of the following month, in this format, unless/until instructed otherwise.
Please confirm (email is best)that you received this in good order and let me know promptly if
you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Kye Abraham,9 0'1'=
President (Digitally signed and time stamped)
