On Page 21, Section 9.2.3, the Applicant lists the constructed wells in the vicinity of the
site. The following wells were not indicted on Figure F-2. Please explain this discrepancy
and revise Exhibit G accordingly.

b. Loveland Ready Mix (61849-MH and 61850-MH)

• A well construction permit was issued for the Mad Russian Well (59968-F);
however,no completion reports exist and field reconnaissance indicated no well
constructed. Attachment 8 (updated Figure 2) reflects no well constructed.
• LRM's 10 monitoring holes are included in the updated Figure 2

• Site investigation shows no Hall Irwin well (248398) located where the DWR
Map Viewer locates Hall Irwin well. This was likely mis-recorded in the DWR
database
