As noted in Item #12,please commit <br /> to reclaiming the pond slopes at a 3H:1 V grade from 5 feet above to 10 feet below the <br /> expected water line and revise Exhibit F-1 accordingly. <br /> Additionally, in the proposed Reclamation Plan the Applicant states slopes of 3H:1 V will <br /> be established above the water surface and slopes of 2H:1 V will be established at or below <br /> the water surface.
