Exhibit S- Permanent Man-made Structures
Manmade structures include 3 fence lines, owned by Judd and Janet Kravig. An agreement is included in
the original filing for this pit.
Two of these fences will be affected in the operation. An east-west fence will be removed as the pit
continues south.A section of a north-south fence that runs parallel to the ranch road will also be
removed. These fences will not be relocated at this time per the landowner.
Also affected will be a portion of the ranch road.this road was used for checking the north-south fence
line.As this fence is removed the road will no longer be needed. There is no plan to replace the road
after reclamation.
There is a county road along the existing north pit boundary line. This road is owned by the applicant
and will not be affected by the operation.
