C) <br /> RPM,Inc.,25049 E.Alder Dr.,Aurora,CO 80016 Phone:(303)854-7499 Email:hlhumphries2ncomcast.net <br /> A Stormwater Management Permit has been obtained from the Colorado <br /> Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control <br /> Division(WQCD). <br /> Also, SEMA has implemented its Corporate Stormwater Management Plan <br /> under the existing I I I Permit and will continue to do so under the new 111 <br /> Permit. <br /> The plan includes site appropriate Best Management Practices(BMP). A <br /> Stormwater Management Plan is in place to ensure storm water is routed <br /> around disturbed areas, and/or properly controlled from the site as storm water <br /> runoff. <br /> (j) Description how the Operation will comply with applicable <br /> Colorado water laws and regulations governing injury to existing <br /> water rights: <br /> The operator/applicant will comply with Colorado water quality laws and <br /> regulations governing injury to existing water rights. <br /> We do not expect ground water will be encountered since the current <br /> operation has not exposed ground water. <br /> If ground water is encountered, we will comply with the requirements of the <br /> State Engineers Office. <br /> Fugitive dust control water will be purchased. <br /> (k) If refuse and acid or toxic producing materials were exposed during <br /> mining, describe how they shall be handled and disposed of in a manner <br /> that will control unsightliness and protect the drainage system form <br /> pollution: <br /> No acid or toxic materials will be exposed, used, or encountered. <br /> (1) Description what measures will be taken to minimize disturbance to <br /> the hydrologic balance, prevent off-site damage, and provide for a stable <br /> configuration of the reclaimed area consistent with the proposed future <br /> land use: <br /> The hydrologic balance will not be influenced by the removal of borrow <br /> material. The initial preparation of the surface before extraction of borrow <br /> material will consist of stripping the PGM and placing PGM in a stockpile for <br /> 50 <br />
