EXHIBIT J- Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County <br /> Commissioners and Soil Conservation District <br /> Rule 6.3.10 <br /> 1) Please provide proof that notices of the permit application were sent to the Board of County <br /> Commissioners and, if the mining operation is within the boundaries of a Soil Conservation <br /> District, to the Board of Supervisors of the Soil Conservation District, pursuant to Subparagraph <br /> 1.6.2(1)(a)(ii). <br /> Note: There are two templates below for the proof of notice for the County Commissioners and Soil <br /> Conservation District. The Division will accept copies of the completed templates OR proof of delivery <br /> in the form of a signed certified mail return receipts. <br />
