United <br /> diverted the water under free river or under a storage decree that includes industrial, commercial, and <br /> municipal uses and commits to providing up to 5.0 acre-feet (1,629,000 gallons) of said raw water <br /> between February 8, 2022,and December 31, 2022,for Jalisco's use on the Section 20 Project.The <br /> water will be provided under the following terms; <br /> 1. This is a one-time commitment of water that ends on December 31, 2022. <br /> 2. The water is to be used for dust suppression and compaction in Jalisco's Section 20 Project. <br /> 3. The water will be provided at the northeast corner of United's Milliken Reservoir site. <br /> 4. The water is untreated and United does not provide any guarantees on water quality. <br /> 5. Jalisco is responsible for all equipment and costs related to pumping the water out of Milliken <br /> Reservoir and delivery to the site. <br /> 6. Jalisco is responsible for providing the meter for the measurement of pumping. <br /> 7. Jalisco will provide daily meter readings of water pumped. <br /> 8.
