The inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the <br /> DRMS. The weather was clear, and calm with temperatures hovering around 30 degrees F. The <br /> ground was snow covered. The roads were impassable, and the entire site was inaccessible as <br /> roads are not plowed in winter. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> None <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation has been completed at the site. No activity was occurring at the time of inspection. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification sign observed at the mine access point along the county road was <br /> intact,displaying all required information: mine name,operator name,address,phone number, <br /> DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4);Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads into the site were frozen and snow covered and the site was inaccessible at this <br /> time of year. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
