The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared <br /> by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 30 degrees F. The air <br /> was calm. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> Mid Term 8 <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> None at the time of inspection. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. No <br /> additional work at the portal took place since 2021. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at mine access point off Highway 13 weas <br /> intact, displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, address,phone <br /> number, DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4);Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(S) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road at the entrance off State Highway 13 was frozen and snow covered, and <br /> the site was inaccessible at this time of year. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
