The <br /> inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The weather was clear <br /> and calm. Temperatures were in the mid 30 degrees F. The site was snow covered and roads are not <br /> plowed for access in the winter. <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> A replacement mine identification sign is required at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road,Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15 and 16 and <br /> slide area on the east side of the site. Year nine vegetation sampling of the above mentioned areas is projected for <br /> 2022. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at the main entrance was missing and requires replacement. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads were frozen and snow covered and are not maintained during the winter,leaving the site <br /> inaccessible at this time of year. <br /> REVEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetation was visible through the sparse (for February), snow pack.
