When this revision is finalized,Oldcastle SW Group, Inc.DBA Asphalt <br /> Paving Co.will be the permitted operator of the Ralston Quarry,and as such,will be responsible for all <br /> provisions in M-1974-086,as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. Asphalt Paving <br /> Company will be relieved of all responsibilities concerning this operation. <br /> In order for this revision to be finalized,the successor operator will need to provide one of the following <br /> to the Division for approval: a name change rider for the existing bond or,a replacement bond in the <br /> same amount($3,680,700.00)with supporting documents.
