Box 1908, Sterling, CO 80751 ; (970) 522-3647, filed an application for a/an Amendment <br />(AM- 3) to M1976056, Riverside Pit, which is located approximately 0 miles of Sterling, Section 28 , <br />Township 8N, Range 52W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Logan County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for May 9, 2022. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Brock F. Bowles at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8142. <br /> <br />McAtee Construction Company is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in <br />the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make <br />comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or t he reclamation plan, they must be submitted within <br />twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review <br />process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
