To <br /> date responses to all items have not yet been received. <br /> Of particular concern are the adequacy items related to: <br /> 1. Rule 2.03 <br /> 2. Rule 2.05.4 <br /> 3. Rule 2.05.6(3) <br /> 4. Rule 2.10: <br /> 5. Rule 4.05.8(1) <br /> 6. Rule 4. 05.13 <br /> Please provide adequacy responses to the above cited rules as per the Findings and Compliance document <br /> within 30 days or request an extension date within which the above items will be addressed as well as the <br /> remainder outstanding items. <br /> Should these concerns not be addressed in the time frame outlined above, DRMS will initiate an <br /> enforcement action. <br /> Adequacy issues already complied with comprise: <br /> o Rule 4.05.8( 1) -(3) <br /> o Rule 4.05.9(17) <br /> o Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(111) <br /> o Rule 4.09.1(11) <br /> Thank you, <br /> Robin Reilley,M.S.
