Please clarify <br /> whether any surveys have been conducted for or requested by nearby residents, or if the operator plans <br /> to reach out to nearby residents to offer pre-blast surveys. <br /> 7) Limits on ground vibration and air-blast: There is considerable discussion provided on the impact of <br /> charge weight per delay as it relates to both ground vibration and air blast. Furthermore, there are discussions on both industry standards and"ideal"limits for <br /> both ground vibration and air blasts.
