PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> McAtee Construction Company has filed an amendment to an <br /> amendment application for to their Reclamation Permit with the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the extraction of con- <br /> struction materials . The proposed mine is known as the Riverside <br /> Pit, M-1976-056 and is located in parts of Sections 28 and 33, <br /> Township 8 North, Range 52 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Logan <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> The proposed date of commencement was 1976 and the proposed <br /> date of completion December 2045 . The proposed future use of the <br /> land is industrial and private recreation. <br /> Additional information and the tentative decision date may <br /> be obtained from the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety, <br /> 1313 Sherman St . , Suite 215, Denver, CO 80203 (303) 866-3567, or <br /> at the Logan County Clerk and Recorders Office, Logan County <br /> Courthouse, 315 Main, Sterling, Colorado 80751, or the above <br /> named applicant . <br /> Comments must be in writing and must be received by the <br /> Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety by 4 : 00 p.m. on _ <br /> (Date) . <br /> Please note that comments related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, <br /> effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this <br /> Office's jurisdiction.
