I believe your concerns centered on possible CDPHE oversight and approval of our plans? I had a conversation
yesterday with Doug Jamison and Jason King regarding the proposed site work, and their position is that DRMS is
appropriately exercising our authority under MLRB rules to reclaim the revoked site. As such, CDPHE is not in a position
to comment or govern the actions of reclamation. Please let me know if I did not adequately address your concerns, or if
you need any additional clarification regarding our actions at the revoked Freda site.
Thanks,
Jeff
Jeff T.
