The following clarifications and amendments <br /> should be noted and incorporated into the bid document: <br /> 1. Please Note: Bids for the work described in the bid document will be received until Wednesday, <br /> June 20, 2018 at 4:00 pm at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 <br /> Sherman Street, Suite 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Bids may ONLY be faxed, mailed, hand <br /> delivered, or sent via fed-ex, UPS, or other courier service. <br /> The bid opening date for this project is Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 2. Clarification: The bids do not need to be sealed, and can be faxed, mailed, hand delivered, <br /> or sent via fed-ex, UPS, or other courier service. <br /> 3. Item 4.0- Herbicide Application for Weed Control, Year 1 — Any water required for mixing <br /> chemicals will need to be hauled to the work site by the Contractor. <br /> 4. Item 5.0- Revegetation of All Work Areas, Year 1 — Mulch may be hand crimped or mechanically <br /> crimped as approved by the Project Manager.
