7.2 Records <br /> Records associated with or generated through groundwater sampling activities include, but are <br /> not limited to: <br /> • Laboratory Analytical Data Reports (ACZ) <br /> • Water Sampling Field Data Forms (NS) <br /> • Chain of Custody Sample Forms (NS) <br /> • QA/QC Forms <br /> • Personnel Training Records <br /> • Analytical Data Validation Summary Reports (Daub) <br /> After each sampling event, the completed Field Data Forms should be scanned and filed within <br /> the NS filing system. Additionally, all hard copy documents are to be scanned and saved in <br /> electronic format.
