A tract of land located in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter(S1/2 SE1/4), the Southeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter(SE1/4 SW1/4)and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter(NE1/4
SW1/4)all in Section 36, Township 50 North, Range 7 East of the New Mexico Principal Meridian,
Chaffee County, Colorado being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner(2 1/2" aluminum capped monument) of the said S1/2 SE1/4, also
being a point on the south boundary of Lot 16 of Weldon Creek according to the plat thereof filed under
Reception No. 327323 of the Chaffee County records; thence proceeding around said tract along the
north boundary of said S1/2 SE1/4, being common with the south boundary of said Weldon Creek, the

described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of the said S1/2 S1/2, as fenced, from whence the southwest
corner(U.S.B.L.M. brass capped monument) of said Section 36 bears South 52042'38"West 2247.04
feet; thence South 88006'39" East along said north line of the S1/2 S1/2, as fenced, a distance of 1901.21
feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described,from whence the northeast corner(21/2"
aluminum capped monument)of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of said Section 36 bears North 82048'19" East 226.49
feet;
