Bowles <br /> <br />RE: Home Office Mine - File No. M-1977-439, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. <br /> Amendment Application (AM -4) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on January 10, 2022, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 1800 N. Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, CO 80521; (970) 227-4041, filed an application for a/an <br />Amendment (AM - 4) to M1977439, Home Office Mine, which is located approximately 1 miles North of <br />Fr. Collins, CO, Section 33, Township 8N, Range 69W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer County. <br /> <br />Update mining and reclamation plans and maps to reflect existing and proposed conditions, including <br />modifying Stage G from open water pond to lined water storage. No new acreage is being added to the <br />permit. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for April 11, 2022. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Brock F. Bowles at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8142. <br /> <br />Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in <br />the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make <br />comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or t he reclamation plan, they must be submitted within <br />twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review <br />process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not <br />receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume <br />you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
