Date: Signature: <br /> 3.7.3 Annual Inspection <br /> Facility personnel perform a more thorough inspection of facility equipment on an annual basis. <br /> This annual inspection complements the monthly inspection described above and is performed <br /> in March of each year using the checklist provided. The Annual Inspection Checklist is included <br /> in this section. <br /> The annual inspection is preferably performed after a large storm event to verify the <br /> imperviousness and/or proper functioning of drainage control systems such as the site berms, <br /> concrete containment, lined berms and control valves. <br /> Written annual inspection records are signed by the Facility Manager and maintained with this <br /> SPCC Plan for a period of five years. <br /> Annual Inspection Checklist <br /> This inspection record must be completed each year.
