<br /> Colorado, as party or parties of the second part, hereinafter called "Grantee" (the words 'Grantor and
<br /> "Grantee"to include their respective heirs,successors and assigns where the context requires or permits).

<br /> and delivery of these presents, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, have
<br /> contributed, granted, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do contribute, grant, alien,
<br /> convey and confirm unto the said Grantee Grantor's interest in and to the following described real property,

<br /> THIS CONVEYANCE IS BEING MADE SUBJECT TO any encumbrances,easements,
<br /> restrictions and other matters of record.
<br /> TOGETHER,with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,or in
<br /> anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
<br /> profits thereof,and all the estate, right,title, interest,claim or demand whatsoever,of Grantor either in law
<br /> or in equity,of,in and to the Property;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Property, with all and singular the rights, members and
<br /> appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use,
<br /> benefit and behoof of the said Grantee forever in FEE SIMPLE.

<br /> said Grantee against the claims of all persons claiming by,through or under Grantor.
