Wind Data
Wind data was sourced from the Colorado Anemometer Loan Program Black Hawk location
which is 5.5 miles north of the permit boundary and is the closest station to the site. Data was
recorded from a 20-meter-tall tower at 9,293-foot elevation from December 11, 2008 to
November 6, 2010 on a 10-minute interval. The mean 10-minute average wind speed is 8.341
miles per hour, and it can be presumed that wind speeds will be much lower closer to the ground.
This data set is included following this exhibit.
Young Ranch Resource
December 2021 K-1 Lcwicki&Associates
