Piceance Pit,Permit No.M-2001-077,Bonding Input Values for SO-3 <br /> Dear Mr.Almond: <br /> This reclamation cost update was in response to the Succession of Operator application (SO-3) <br /> which was submitted on December 6, 2021 and a site inspection conducted on December 16, 2021. <br /> Currently the pit is operated by a government agency and no bond is required. In order for a private <br /> company to take over the permit the bond value must be determined. <br /> Below is a table summarizing input values that have been updated in SO-3. This table does not <br /> account for price changes resulting from inflation or other RS Means cost changes.
