Amendment Application (AM-2) Please be advised that on December 13, 2021, Ouray Silver Mines Inc., whose address and telephone number are P.O. Box 564 1900 Main Street, Suite 1, Ouray, CO 81427; (970) 325-9830, filed an application for a/an Amendment (AM- 2) to M2012032, Revenue Mine, which is located approximately 5 miles Southwest of Ouray, Section 21, Township 43N, Range 8W, 10th Principle Meridian, in Ouray County. The application decision is scheduled for March 14, 2022. Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Lucas J. Ouray Silver Mines Inc. is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
