Box 758, Greeley, CO 80632; (970) 400-3722 , filed an application for a/an <br />Acreage Release Request (AR- 2) to M2007038, Fiscus North, which is located approximately 16 miles <br />North of New Raymer, Section 7, Township 10N, Range 57W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />Requesting a release of 20.1 acres from the permit area. The remaining permit area wi ll be 13.4 acres as <br />shown on the provided maps for AR2 <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for February 7, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Eric C.
