<br /> of the first part, and Revenue-Virginius. Mines Corporation, a
<br /> corporation .duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the
<br /> laws of the State of Colorado', of the second part, whose legal
<br /> addres's is 305. Parkwest Building., 250 Arapahoe Street, Boulder,
<br /> Colorado 80302.
<br /> WITNESS, That the said party of the first part, for and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) to the said
<br /> .party of the firat part in hand paid by the said party of the
<br /> Second. part., the receipt whereof is hereby ❑onfesSed and ac-
<br /> knowledged, has remised, released, spld, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED,
<br /> and by these presents doe's remise, release, sell, convey and
<br /> QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its successors
<br /> and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
<br /> demand which the said party of the first part has in and to the:

<br /> and State of colorado, to-wit:
<br /> Lake Reservoir and 24,74 acre feet of water for
<br /> storage as more particularly described in the decree
<br /> of the Water Court for. Water Division No. 4 in case
<br /> Aumber W-2991, dated April 10, 1979, and attached
<br /> hereto as "Exhibit A."
<br /> TO HAVE AND T4 HOLD the same, together with all and singular
<br /> the appurtenances and privileges thereun:to belonging, or -in an:y-
<br /> raise appertaining, and all the estake, r3.ght, title; interest
<br /> and claim Whatsoever, of the: said party of the first }fart, either
<br /> in law Qr equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behalf of
<br /> the said party of the Second part, its s.ucre9s:ors and assigns
<br /> forever.
