SMPA has two power poles and associated power lines located on <br /> Ouray Silver Mines' property that supply power to the mine, mill, and surface buildings. We have <br /> reviewed the current and proposed mining activities as well as the future reclamation plans. At this <br /> time, SMPA has concluded that these activities will have no negative impact on SMPA's utilities <br /> assuming proper safety protocols are followed around and near energized conductors and equipment. <br /> We will continue to evaluate our utilities in relation to Ouray Silver Mines' activities and should there be <br /> a concern over impacts to said utilities, we will be in contact with Ouray Silver Mines to mitigate such <br /> impacts.
