7. Limitations <br /> The conclusions and recommendations provided in this design report are based in part on <br /> GEI's experience in and around the Overland Ponds/Treiber Lakes property in Fort Collins, <br /> Colorado, and also in part on GEI's experience with similar projects. Data gathered by other <br /> entities including Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., Tetra Tech, and King Surveyors, Inc., were <br /> used by GEI during the design process. <br /> It is possible that site subsurface conditions will vary from the conditions presented in this <br /> design report and the variations may not become evident until construction. <br /> This report is written to document the design of the Overland Pond/Treiber interconnects and <br /> associated structures.
