The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on November 29, 2021. SL-6 seeks Phase II <br />Bond Release on 35.63 acres spread over three parcels; the Elk Creek Corridor, the West Valley <br />Fill and the II West Valley Fill. Reclamation work on the SL-6 parcels was completed between <br />2002 and 2018. The surface ownership is federal and private, and the coal mined was federal <br />and private; the SL-6 parcels are entirely on private land. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
