While the Division sees the merits of <br /> updating this program. Such a modification must be submitted and approved through the proper <br /> permitting revision process. Based on the information received, the Operator shall submit a Technical <br /> Revision, with the required $216 revision fee,to update and clarify how groundwater is to be sampled in <br /> the future.
