Box 773598 Steamboat Springs, CO 80477 Re: Hayden Gulch Loadout (Permit No. C-1992-081) Permit Revision Application No. 2 (PR-2) Permit Revision for a Change in Postmining Land Use Dear Routt County Commissioners: This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve a revision application for a coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC on September 22, 2020, for the Hayden Gulch Loadout. The loadout mine is located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Portions of: E1/2 Sec. 10, W1/2,SE1/4, and SW1/4 Sec. 14, E1/2E1/2 Sec. 15, NE1/4 Sec. 22, N1/2NW1/4 Sec. 23, S1/2N1/2, and NW1/4 Sec. 24, Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. Portions of: SW1/4, SE1/4, and NE1/4 Sec.17, SE1/4 Sec. 18, N1/2 Sec. 19, Township 6 North, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. Copies of the revision application are available for public review at the Hayden Public Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639. Copies of the Division's “Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance” are available at your County Clerk and Recorder’s office.
