Therefore, <br /> exposure of ground water must not occur in the area to be released. <br /> ® Stonewall Springs South Reservoir must operate in accordance with the terms and <br /> conditions of Division 2 Water Court case nos. 16CW3093 and 16CW3094. <br /> ® Exposure of ground water must not be present in any area to be released. If <br /> stormwater is contained on-site, it must infiltrate into the ground or be released to <br /> the natural stream system within 72 hours, unless augmented pursuant to 16CW3094. <br /> COMMENTS: On November 8, 2021, this office received Notice of 112c Construction <br /> Materials concerning a Partial Acreage Release Request submitted by Fremont Paving F± <br /> Redi-Mix, Inc. for DRMS Permit No. M-2000-041. According to the request, it appears the <br /> applicant is requesting that 96.82 acres be released from the DRMS permit.
