COLORADO
a Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
22 November 2021
Graham Roberts
Trapper Mine,Inc.
P.O.Box 187
Craig,Colorado 81626
RE: Trapper Mining Inc,Permit C1981010
Horse Gulch Fill Monitoring Frequency
Dear Mr.Roberts;
Having spoken with Jim,DRMS finds that as long as the area of the fill is at a minimum Phase II released,
then Trapper may apply for a revision to terminate inspections of the fill in accordance with Rule
4.09.1(11)(a). Given the small area associated with the peripheral topsoil stockpile,DRMS would consider a
revision at this time for termination of the monitoring program. The filing of a TR or other higher permitting
process to request termination of the monitoring program would constitute the appropriate permitting process;
however,Trapper's monitoring of the entire fill area shall continue until the TR or other permitting process is
approved and issued.
I'm available to answer any questions that come up.
Sincerely
rzlk-
Robin Reilley,M.S.GISP
Environmental Protection Specialist II
flF'C010
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 https://drms.colorado.gov
Jared S.
