3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> Topsoil in the NOI area is estimated to be 40-60 cm thick. <br /> if leveling of pads is necessary tapsail will be stockpiled for <br /> replacement during reclamation to ensure re-establishment of vegetation. <br /> One of the ranch owners will most likely be responsible for the reclamation. <br /> 4. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required <br /> abandonment procedures): <br /> Each drill hole will be abandoned in accordance with rule 5.4.2. As all drillholes are expected to <br /> described by the Colorado State Mineral Rules and Regulations Rule 5. We will cement <br /> e bottom o of eac o e or to the top ot the mineralized geological units which ever is <br /> of greater thickness. Above the cemented portion "Baroid Shur-gel' or equivalent bentonite <br /> material design for bore hole abandonment, will be inserted and filled the remaining <br /> volume. A surface cap of cement will be placed in the hole to a depthf 5-40 feet Each <br /> cement cap will be accompanied by metal washer.
