The total proposed permitted area will be <br /> approximately 9.95 acres. <br /> See Exhibits A-1 —A-3, C-1 —C-2. <br /> Main Entrance to Gravel Pit Site: <br /> The main entrance to the Extraction Site will be located at the following point: <br /> Latitude: 40036'43.74"N <br /> Longitude: 1060 5 5'44.67"W <br /> Access to the subject property and the Extraction Site will be by: <br /> The existing private access road/driveway located on the subject property("Existing <br /> Access Road") (incorrectly identified on some maps as U.S. Forest Service Trail <br /> 1180),which connects to Routt County Road 129.See Exhibits A-1 and A-2.
