The initial Five year period of Temporary Cessation begins <br /> on December 27, 2016 and ends on December 27, 2021. The terms of the Temporary Cessation No. 2 <br /> approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2008-050. All other conditions and <br /> requirements of Permit No. M-2008-050 remain in full force and effect. This includes the submission of <br /> required annual fees, a report and map on the anniversary date of the permit. The site must also be <br /> maintained to prevent deleterious conditions such as but not limited to erosion control and noxious weed <br /> management. <br /> The financial warranty has been reviewed and found to be adequate for reclamation of the site.
