NUVEMIC0, ILC , <br /> November 10, 2021 <br /> RECEIVED <br /> Mrs. Amy Yeldell <br /> Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety NOV 122021 <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Suite 215 <br /> Denver, CO 80203 DIVISION OF RECLAMATION <br /> MINING&SAFETY <br /> Re: October Ore Pile Reclamation 110(d)Permit <br /> M-2008-050 <br /> Notice for Second Five Year Period of Temporary Cessation <br /> Dear Mrs. Yeldell: <br /> Pursuant to Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br /> for Hard Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining Operations, Nuvemco requests a Second Five <br /> Year Period of Temporary Cessation. <br /> The following documents comprise our Notice: <br /> • this letter, so that the provisions of Rule 13.3.5(3) are addressed, <br /> • the Temporary Cessation Notice form DRMS staff requested we complete, <br /> • noted as an attachment,the January 31,2017, DRMS letter of approval for the initial <br /> Five Year Period of Temporary Cessation that began December 27, 2016 and is <br /> scheduled to end on December 27, 2021 is enclosed, <br /> • noted as an attachment, the previously filed Notice for the Initial 5 year period <br /> of Temporary Cessation, <br /> • a permit timeline, <br /> • a matrix of DRMS inspections related to this permit since inception, and, lastly <br /> • our check#9228 for the permit fee. <br /> Specifically pursuant to the provisions of Rule 13.3.5(3) (in bold and italicized type <br /> throughout) we include the following information: <br /> (3) The Notice for the second period shall include the following: <br /> (a)demonstration that the existing Financial Warranty is adequate to cover the <br /> reclamation liability; <br /> Nuvemco believes the existing Financial Warranty is adequate to cover the reclamation <br /> liability given the straightforward and basic nature of the reclamation required and the <br /> recent $4,992 increase in cash bonding to the now existing cash bonding of $18,212 <br /> (DRMS receipt January 12, 2021). <br /> 212 E.
